MUSLIM woman was “outraged” when her hijab was pulled off
her head as she walked along a street pushing a pushchair,
a court heard yesterday.
Mold Crown Court heard how Damien French, who previously
fed a live rabbit to an alligator at the Welsh Mountain

Belgian city allows bandanas, keeps headscarf ban
BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Muslim women working in nurseries in
the Belgian city of Antwerp who have been banned from
wearing headscarves will now be allowed to cover their
hair with a bandana, city officials said on Wednesday.
The city decided earlier this year that all people
employed by local authorities who are in contact with the
public would not be allowed to wear any symbols of their
religious, political or philosophical beliefs, including
headscarves and crucifixes..>>
