Protect-Hijab calls for this day to be marked all over the world in celebration of the Hijab. If you are organising an event, please let us know.
The Hijab is an integral part of many Muslim women's dress all over the world. This is something to be celebrated. The struggle of women to wear the Hijab continues in countries such as Tunisia, Turkey and France, and it should not be forgotten.

Belgian city allows bandanas, keeps headscarf ban

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Muslim women working in nurseries in the Belgian city of Antwerp who have been banned from wearing headscarves will now be allowed to cover their hair with a bandana, city officials said on Wednesday.
